EMR REMOTE ACCESS FOR EMR USERS WHO DO NOT NEED ACCESS TO THE NB EHR

 

To obtain EMR remote access, complete the EMR Remote Access request form:


 

 After your request is received at the Department of Health:

        • If you do not have an Active Directory (AD) account, one will be created and you will receive the credentials by email with instructions on how to change the temporary password.
        • Once you have been added to the EMR remote Group, you will receive an email from the EMR Administrator (EMRAdmin@gnb.ca) with the instructions on how to access the EMR Remotely.

If you need any help setting up the remote access, you will have to call Velante service desk at 1-855-841-7387.​

ACCÈS À DISTANCE POUR UN UTILISATEUR QUI NE NÉCESSITE PAS L'ACCÈS AU DSÉ DU NB

 

Pour demander l'accès à distance au DMÉ, compléter le formulaire suivant:


 

 Une fois votre demande reçue au Ministère de la santé:

        • Si vous n'avez pas de compte, un compte sera créé.  Vous recevrez par courriel, votre nom d'utilisateur ainsi que les instructions pour changer votre mot de passe temporaire.
        • Après avoir été ajouté dans le groupe d'accès à distance, vous recevrez un courriel de l'administrateur du DMÉ (EMRAdmin@gnb.ca) avec les instructions sur la manière d'accéder.
