Supporting documentation providing the details of the service rendered attached as a file in Base64 encoding. Example: Operative Report, Discharge Summary, WSNB Refusal Letter. Medicare will require attachment(s) for specific service items. MCE accepts the following file types: *.txt, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.pdf, *.doc. Max (individual) flie size is 8mb. Up to 5 attachments per claim. Content length of entire request cannot exceed 60mb.
