Electronic Health Record Access for Private Sector Users
(Community Pharmacists, Chiropractors, Dentists, Occupational Therapists, Optometrists, and Physiotherapists)
In order for you to get access to the Electronic Health Record, the following requirements must be met:
Step 1: Complete the Access request form
Step 2: Complete the online EHR privacy training
Once your access request is received at the Department of Health, you will be enrolled in two courses:
- Privacy training (15 minutes);
- EHR Training (20 minutes).
You will receive an email from the EHR Administrative office (PRIVSECTaccess@gnb.ca) with the link to the training and instructions on how to get your new username and password.
Once your two courses are completed and your access request is approved, you will receive an email from the EHR Administrative office letting you know that your access to EHR is ready.
