In order for you to be allowed access to the Electronic Health Record, the following requirements must be met:
Step 1: Complete the Access request form
Step 2: Complete both the online Privacy and EHR Training
-
Once your access request is received at the Department of Health, you will be enrolled in two courses:
- Privacy Training (15 minutes);
- EHR Training (30 minutes).
-
You will receive an email from the EHR Administrative office (EHRAccess@gnb.ca) with the link to the training and instructions on how to get your new username and password.
